LDT-FG09 Automatic Mattress Heavy Duty Flanging Machine
The LDT-FG09 is designed for flanging and overlock sewing of mattress panel edges. It combines a sewing head, conveyor work area, touchscreen and foot controls. The photos show the actual machine and stitched quilted-panel samples.
Key Features
Heavy-duty panel processing: Specified flanging thickness of 10-80 mm and width of 30 mm.
Controlled feeding: Touchscreen functions include conveyor forward/backward and sewing-head shift.
Stitch settings: Stitch length of 2-5 mm, with specified needle spacing of 2.0, 3.0 or 5.0 mm.
Operating speed: Maximum rotational speed of 3000 rpm.
